The estimated annual base salary range for this position is \$116,440 - \$154,283. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Lean Six Sigma department. As a Manager-Lean Six Sigma, you\'ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The Manager Lean Six Sigma is responsible for leading the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategy and driving improvement within an assigned S&C Business Value Stream. This role focuses on improving productivity, enhancing quality and building problem-solving capabilities across the organization by applying proven continuous improvement methodologies. It provides input on process improvement project work within the value stream and ensures consistent application of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
