As a Security Officer Armed Field Patrol in Maury, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with integrity and teamwork to put people first.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Wed05:45 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri05:45 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat05:45 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site personnel and/or public sector contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points and movement within restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through proper channels.

Support post orders related to government operations, including maintaining a visible presence, following use-of-force guidelines, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation accurately and on time.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
