JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Watertown, WI Shift/Work Schedule:
1:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday Pay range: \$30.80/hr + \$1.75 Shift

Reimbursement Paid Holidays About the Role As a Maintenance Technician,
you\'ll play a critical role in maintaining equipment, responding to
trouble calls, and performing preventative maintenance--all while
upholding the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include: Following all established safety,
health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
Responding promptly to equipment trouble calls and performing efficient,
sanitary, and safe repairs. Conducting preventative maintenance and
documenting tasks, time, and any deficiencies. Performing bench repairs
and operating power tools, hand tools, welding/cutting equipment, and
man lifts as needed. Completing and filing all required documentation in

What We\'re Looking For You\'re a dependable, self-starting technician
who leads by example and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You\'ll
bring: Strong communication skills and a willingness to train and share
knowledge with coworkers. Ability to read, write, and follow written and
verbal instructions in English. Flexibility to adapt to varying
workloads, emergency call-ins, and travel to technical schools. A
team-first attitude with the ability to work independently. Reliability
and initiative, with minimal supervision required. Physical ability to
lift up to 50 pounds daily and work in damp, noisy, and climate-variable
