Customer Service Representative

JOB REQUIREMENTS: As one of the first points of contact for our residents and businesses, you\'ll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of our utility office. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team, we\'d love to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Provide courteous customer service in person, by telephone and through email. Answer customer questions regarding water and wastewater utility services. Process utility payments and maintain accurate customer account records. Balance daily cash receipts and process deposits. Process mail and perform general administrative support duties. Assist with utility billing functions and payment arrangements. Perform additional duties as assigned. For a complete job description, please visit the Employment section of the City of Marinette\'s website. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; At least three (3) years general office experience involving significant public contact. A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience. Experience handling cash and balancing daily receipts. Strong computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record.
