Value Starts Here Key Responsibilities Partners with manager to develop
and execute strategies for their assigned business Accountable for
assigned Category P&L within the framework of their manager\'s and
division\'s goals. Maintains strong, effective relationships with
cross-functional team and Vendors. Execute with a high sense of urgency
in a fast and agile environment Data analytics skills to be able to mine
data, understand the drivers of your business Effectively works with
cross-functional teams to execute business initiates through strong
partnership and communication Works closely with Cross-Functional team
to execute current business tactics Partners with Private Brand team for
specific product needs, tactics and execution. Manage supplier
relationships and be able to operationalize suppliers on our platform
and drive sales and profitability Build strong, effective supplier
partnerships to improve new product introductions and business terms.
Assist in identifying category trends and insights by evaluating
competitive products, market share, pricing, advertising, and
maintaining department databases with findings. Takes initiative to
