Advanced Imprivata Administrator

Description

Serve as the SME the Imprivata OneSign environment supporting 15,000+ users

Manage SSO, application profiling, Tap-and-Go authentication, and overall platform administration

Troubleshoot complex authentication and access issues while supporting enterprise-wide deployments

Administer Imprivata infrastructure, monitor platform health, and drive automation and optimization efforts

Partner with Epic TS teams, infrastructure teams, and clinical stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience

Support a large-scale healthcare environment with a focus on security, efficiency, and platform adoption

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience administering Imprivata within a large enterprise environment supporting thousands of end users; experience supporting 15,000+ users strongly preferred

Experience working in healthcare environments and supporting clinical authentication workflows

Familiarity with high-availability and load-balanced Imprivata environments preferred

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills supporting Tier 2/3 authentication and access issues

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering with cross-functional teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90667.00 - $117853.00/yr.
