Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. In this unarmed role, you will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, professionalism, and a caring, team-oriented approach grounded in integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $21.65 / Hour

Mon09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat09:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel or resort location.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, guest amenity areas, hallways, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted spaces, assisting with visitor directions, policy awareness, and access control practices consistent with site expectations.

Support hotel or resort operations during high-traffic periods, special events, and/or after-hours activity by maintaining a visible presence and communicating professionally with guests, staff, and first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
