Director of Supply Chain - US Consumer Division

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain to lead our US Consumer Division across a dynamic and diverse manufacturing network. This is a leadership opportunity to shape and optimize an end-to-end supply chain that directly supports business growth, operational excellence, and superior customer performance.
Reporting to the Division President, this role will lead integrated demand, supply, and capacity planning while driving enterprise-wide network optimization in close partnership with Commercial, Operations, Quality, and Continuous Improvement leaders.
This leader will play a critical role in elevating service levels, improving cost efficiency, and identifying strategic capital investments to enhance capabilities and scale the business for future growth.
What You'll Do
Lead and evolve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, and financial objectives
Optimize the manufacturing network footprint, balancing capacity, capability, and cost
Drive initiatives that improve service levels, reduce total cost, and optimize working capital
Partner with Commercial teams to support new business onboarding and growth initiatives
Collaborate with Operations and CI to improve throughput, productivity, and asset utilization
Identify and prioritize capital investment (capex) opportunities to support long-term growth
Develop data-driven insights and tools to support make vs. buy decisions and material flow visibility
Support sustainability initiatives by aligning supply chain capabilities with evolving material specifications
Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-site supply chain team
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Deep expertise in S&OP, demand/supply planning, and network optimization
Proven success leading multi-site supply chains and driving measurable business results
Strong financial and analytical acumen, including cost optimization and capital planning
Ability to influence and lead across a matrixed, cross-functional organization
Advanced problem-solving skills with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach
Location:
Remote
*A plus if you are residing within a drivable proximity to a divisional site - Chicago, IL, Menasha, WI, Catoosa, OK, Lenexa, KS, Spartanburg, SC, Clinton, MO
Travel:
30-45%
Traveling to US production sites to collaborate with key stakeholders is expected. Travel will fluctuate based on need.
