Job Description
The Warehouse Clerk role combines front desk administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support in a large, clean facility. You handle incoming communications, coordinate shipments, maintain accurate records, and support inventory control for electrical components. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with a 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift, offering a long-term opportunity in a stable environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and answer incoming communications via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate inbound shipments and delivery schedules to ensure smooth receiving and on-time deliveries.
Support receiving activities by checking shipments, assisting with documentation, and resolving inventory or paperwork discrepancies.
Prepare, maintain, and organize warehouse records and operational documents for easy access and accurate reporting.
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipments, logistics, and scheduling.
Monitor inventory-related paperwork and maintain accurate tracking records to support effective inventory control.
Assist with supply management, including organizing materials and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Perform data entry tasks to update systems and spreadsheets with shipment, inventory, and scheduling information.
Use Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Excel, to manage communications, schedules, and inventory records.
Help maintain scheduling for pickups and deliveries to support efficient warehouse operations.
Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
Essential Skills
Experience in data entry with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel.
Experience maintaining scheduling for pickups and deliveries.
Experience maintaining inventory and resolving discrepancies in a warehouse or similar environment.
Ability to handle incoming calls and manage phone and email communications professionally.
Strong organizational skills for preparing, maintaining, and organizing records and documents.
Comfort working in a warehouse environment while performing both administrative and operational support tasks.

Work Environment
You work in a large, clean warehouse environment focused on supplying electrical components. The role is based at a Fullerton site, with operations planned to move to a new warehouse in Santa Fe Springs in late 2026. You work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The environment combines front desk and office tasks-using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other data entry tools-with time spent in the warehouse supporting receiving, inventory control, and logistics. The facility is organized and professional, designed to support efficient operations and comfortable day-to-day work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Habra, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
