Administrative Assistant Key Details:

Direct Hire position!

Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm

Hybrid Setup - In office Mon/Wed/Fri. Work From Home on Tues/Thurs.

Administrative Assistant Job Description:

Join our Technology team as a trusted partner to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Technology Leadership Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and shaping the day to day effectiveness of senior leaders driving innovation across the organization. The Administrative Assistant serves as a proactive, highly organized contributor who enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities by anticipating needs, managing competing demands, and ensuring seamless coordination in a fast paced, evolving environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, gain insight into cutting edge technology initiatives, and be part of a collaborative team focused on bringing new ideas to life.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Executive & Leadership Team Support

Proactive Calendar & Time Management

Meeting Preparation, Briefings & Follow Up

Communication Triage & Gatekeeping

Information Preparation & Executive Reporting

Budget & Financial Support

Travel & Logistics Management

Administrative Assistant Required Experience:

4+ years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

SharePoint experience a plus

Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Co-Pilot) a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Peoria, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
