Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Ohio. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping work organized, communicating effectively, and helping a busy team stay on track. The position is fully onsite and offers the chance to contribute to a growing workload in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage front-office activities by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing questions to the appropriate contacts

Provide administrative support through accurate document preparation, filing, record maintenance, and general office coordination

Enter and update information in internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness

Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day communication to help maintain smooth office operations

Use Microsoft Office, Adobe, and AppFolio to create, organize, and maintain business documents and records

Support a high-volume workload by helping the team stay organized and responsive to ongoing administrative needs

Coordinate onsite office tasks and provide dependable support in a business-casual environment Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role

Strong ability to manage inbound calls professionally and handle general front-desk responsibilities

Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe in a business setting

Experience using AppFolio or the ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday during regular business hours TalentMatch®
