Associate Large Market Consultant I
We are seeking an organized, driven, and detail-oriented professional to support a team of Account Managers responsible for onboarding and managing large client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Account Management, Client Services, Project Coordination, or Sales Support.
In this role, you will partner directly with experienced Account Managers, assisting with multiple client projects, coordinating activities, managing data, attending meetings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for customers. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship while gaining exposure to client relationship management and project execution.
What You'll Do
Support Account Managers with onboarding and implementation projects
Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Attend client and internal meetings, take notes, and track action items
Analyze and maintain data using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Assist with client communications and project coordination
Update and maintain information in Salesforce CRM
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure project success
Monitor project deadlines and help keep deliverables on track
Provide exceptional customer support and service throughout the client lifecycle
Required Qualifications
1+ year of professional work experience (internship experience may also be considered)
Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Project Coordination, Sales Support, or Client Services
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable participating in meetings and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce or other CRM systems
Project coordination, account support, operations, marketing, or customer success
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and departments
