Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Fri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Sat12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Sun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe customer and visitor activity, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior.

Assist with closing procedures, alarm-related responses, and routine security-related checks of doors, gates, and exterior areas as directed by site-specific post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
