Summary This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Work is done in the @context of an interdisciplinary treatment team, and extensive liaison activities with other interdisciplinary teams are required to provide continuity of care for assigned Veterans in outpatient settings. ICMHR Veterans have a serious mental illness, with a high percentage of co-morbid issues, who have been identified as a frequent consumer of psychiatric inpatient hospital and / or emergency room resources. Veterans in the ICMHR program have not been able to previously achieve adequate community adjustment with traditional psychiatric care. The patient caseload is highly-complex based on the severity of the mental illness, comorbidities, and resistance to standard treatments. Treatment interventions are innovative, recovery focused, and individualized. Travel is required.
