Job Type: Full-Time Exempt

Salary: $77,000 - $108,000/YR Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills

You thrive managing complex retirement plans, navigating regulatory requirements, and partnering with clients to support their long-term goals. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

About the Role

The Retirement Services Specialist serves as a key relationship manager supporting a portfolio of employer-sponsored retirement plans. This role is responsible for coordinating plan operations, ensuring compliance with ERISA/IRS regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality service to clients and their employees.
