[The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical commercial construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage one or multiple commercial electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals. Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve issues that arise. Monitor project costs, implement cost-saving measures, and identify potential financial risks, creating solutions to mitigate those risks. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Maintain proactive and effective communication with customers, internal teams, and business partners. Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout reports. Assist with the bidding process and contract negotiations as needed. Lead efforts to continually improve project delivery processes. Supervise the work of Project Engineers and Project Coordinators when assigned. Collaborate and coordinate with the Director of Safety to ensure that field operation personnel have the appropriate training and resources to perform work safely. [Requires Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field. In lieu of Associate's degree, will accept 2 years' experience in a construction management-related position. Must also have the following skills: Working knowledge of electrical construction, design, finance, and management; Ability to maximize employee performance through innovative and effective management techniques; Thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities; Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite; Strong communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.); Ability to make decisions and recommendations that significantly impact the company's relationship with clients and project profitability; Ability to work under supervision and independently; Ability to deal effectively with people in job duties beyond giving and receiving instructions; Be orderly and systematic in work; See details and recognize errors, implementing corrective action as needed; Use logical procedures in work; Perform a variety of duties that may change frequently; Understand ideas and present information clearly; Demonstrate commitment to company core values of Exceptional Work Ethic, Always Do the Right Thing, Customer Service Driven and Treat Our People Like Family.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}
