Salary: $110,000-$125,000 Base + Uncapped Sales Incentive Plan

Kelly Services is recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow business throughout the Southwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience selling industrial adhesives or related products through OEM and distribution channels. What You'll Do
Develop and grow sales throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM and distribution customers while expanding existing accounts.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct adhesive product trials and provide technical support in the field.
Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and business opportunities.
Manage independent sales representatives within the territory.
Prepare sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and territory reports.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Travel throughout the territory by car and air (approximately 75% travel).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience.
Experience selling reactive, silicone, or water-based adhesives is highly preferred.
Background selling through OEM and industrial distribution channels.
Experience in one or more of the following markets is a plus:
Industrial Manufacturing
MRO
Transportation
Automotive
Telecommunications
Residential & Commercial Construction
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation & Benefits
$110,000-$125,000 base salary
