Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Manufacturing Quality Inspector, you will be part of the quality control department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Inspector

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $25hr

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

Visually examines and feels the surface of products to detect defects such as mismatched veneer, dents, splits, blemishes, loose and uneven joints, holes, and faulty finish.

Verifies conformance of products to dimensional specifications, reports anomalies, and assists in identifying root causes of deficiencies.

Records inspection results, including quantity inspected and product conditions, on inspection reports.

Uses tools such as calibers, micrometers, hardness testers, comparators, surface plates, and other measurement devices.

Participates in 6S duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED, with relevant technical training or experience preferred.

6 months to 1 year of inspection experience in a manufacturing or related field.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills using tools and techniques like root cause analysis.
