Pay Range: ** $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Part-time** (3 days per week, flexible days, 8-hour shifts)

What's a typical day as Part-time Operations and Accounts Payable Clerk? You'll be:

Reviewing and approving invoices through the Accounts Payable process

Providing general office operations and administrative support

Working within multiple company systems, including Warehouse Management System, Accounts Payable System, and Service Management System

Serving as a backup for warehouse operations when needed

Learning and performing forklift operation, shipping and receiving duties, packaging, and additional warehouse support functions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience (required)

Are adaptable and comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments

Are eager to learn new systems and gain hands-on warehouse experience (forklift operation, shipping/receiving)

Can commit to a part-time schedule, three days per week with flexible days
