Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Associate

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: $23.50/hour

Schedule:

To be determined. AM

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to support daily facility operations and maintenance activities. This position works under moderate supervision and requires strong communication, organizational, and hands-on maintenance skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform general facility maintenance and repairs

Assist with plumbing, lighting, electrical, and kitchen equipment maintenance

Assemble, move, and repair office furniture systems

Utilize power tools and follow safety procedures at all times

Support building operations in accordance with Property Management guidelines

Complete work orders and maintain organized maintenance records

Work independently and collaboratively with team members as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Facilities or Maintenance industry

Working knowledge of:

Plumbing

Lighting and electrical systems

Power tools

Office furniture systems

Kitchen equipment

General safety procedures

Familiarity with Property Management operations and guidelines

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently or within a team environment

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
