Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 per hour

Shift : 9-5 M-F, 30-40 Hrs a week, PT/FT work

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Answering phones and providing excellent customer service

Utilizing Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks

Processing invoices and handling confidential payroll information

Filing payroll and performing vehicle registration duties

Supporting general office operations and reporting to management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have prior experience in administrative or office roles (preferred)

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and confidentiality, especially with sensitive payroll data

Are flexible and able to adapt to varying work schedules
