Administrative Assistant

Location: Naguabo, PR

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

What You'll Do:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Site Lead and Management Team, ensuring documentation is organized and processes run efficiently.

Manage purchase orders, handle office supply orders, and coordinate business travel for company executives.

Assist with HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining employee records.

Support various internal programs, coordinate meetings, and serve as a point of contact between departments.

Ensure the effective flow of information and contribute to positive communication across the organization.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; at least 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
