Location: Skaneateles, NY

Pay Rate: ** $21.40 per hour

2nd shift:** Monday-Friday 02 :55pm to 11:25pm

Overtime as needed

What's a typical day as an Assembly Associate? You'll be:

Assembling and testing medical devices and equipment according to detailed procedures and quality standards

Reviewing work instructions and quality points to ensure regulatory and internal compliance (GMP, FDA)

Operating hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools as required

Preparing and organizing kits, verifying contents, and maintaining inventory of components

Packaging and labeling components or finished assemblies for shipment, ensuring protection and accuracy

Handling materials and reporting any discrepancies or quality issues to team leaders

Documenting all production activities and participating in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and proactively contributing to a zero-harm environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Can read and comprehend job instructions, part specifications, and assembly drawings

Can stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift)

Are able to lift and carry materials up to 25-55 lbs. (with team lift/equipment for heavier loads)
