Job Posting: Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Moorpark CA 93021

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: 23.99hr

Position Summary :

We are seeking a reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems. Your tasks will include creating subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, and related equipment

Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts/mechanisms to meet tolerances and operational requirements

Repair units or products that fail to meet specifications

Follow detailed instructions, defined procedures, and established guidelines for all tasks

Use basic technical knowledge related to assigned tasks

Perform generally routine and manual work in a production or assembly environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Basic technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or related discipline

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively

Comfortable following clearly defined procedures and instructions

Ability to make simple decisions by choosing from established solutions

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

No previous experience required; training will be provided

Working Conditions:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Assembly/manufacturing environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [specify weight, e.g., 25 lbs]
