Assembly Associate

Job Description:

Kelly is seeking a proactive and dependable Assembly Worker to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or production environments and will play a key part in ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as needed.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Build and assemble displays for retail stores according to specifications.

Operate hand and power tools as necessary, including minimal and infrequent use of a panel saw.

Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced work setting.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools (panel saw use is light and rarely required).
