The South Nampa Family Medicine Residency Clinic is now hiring for a team-oriented and efficient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!
Position Summary & Highlights :
ThisLPNposition willprimarilysupport resident physicians at the clinic.
Our Family Medicine Residency Clinic is home to licensed physicians who are completing the final step in their medical training in partnership with Mountain States Institute for Graduate Medical Education and Research (MSI).
These resident doctors work under the close supervision of experienced faculty to provide personalized, high-quality care for the whole family.
The clinic sees patients for the following: wellness visits, women's health and OBGYN care, support for chronic conditions, same-day care for minor illnesses, preventive screenings, and vaccines for all ages.
The clinic opened July 2025 and began with 6 residents and several core faculty and will be adding 6 more residents this summer.
What Will You Do:
You willbe providing 1:1 support with a resident physician and workalongside withan MA and RNLead.
You will perform rooming, vitals, patient intake, draw labs, assist with minor procedures related to women's health, men's health (vasectomies), colonoscopies, circumcisions, injections, and biopsies.
You will also help triage patients in-clinic and over the phone and assist with any other nurse coverage.
This is a new position to theclinicso you will beable to help with developing processes and workflows, andas the clinic grows you may havetheopportunity to gain leadership experience.
An ideal candidate will:
Have outpatient clinic experienceideally in family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, internal medicine, or urgent care.
Experience working with residentor new physicians.
Have a teachingmindset - helping teach the providers processes and workflows in a clinic environment.
Be flexible and adaptable with change, being part of a supportive team, and willing toassistin all areas of the clinic.
Have good boundaries with providers and patients, foster a teaching environment, and beable to give and take constructive criticism.
Epic experience is a plus.
Work Schedule :
40 hoursper week, Mondays- Fridays,8-hour shifts, around the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm.
The work schedule is subject to change with advanced notice to support provider needs and clinic growth.

Minimum Requirements :
Colleague must have an LPN license, as defined by their primary work state (Idaho or Oregon), issued before the hire date.
All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for the secondary state within90 daysof hire.
IDAHO ONLY: Multistate licenses mustestablishresidency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within60 daysfromhire.
At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross isrequired. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)
Other certifications may berequiredasidentifiedin the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
