Production Associates Needed ASAP

Penn Yan, NY | Day & Overnight Shifts Available | Se Habla Español

Now hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Penn Yan, NY. Immediate openings available for dependable candidates looking for steady hours and long-term opportunity. Entry-level candidates with some work experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18.75/hour starting pay - PLUS $0.50 overnight shift differential Overnight pay rate = $19.25/hour

Schedule:

Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

12-hour rotating schedule

Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties:

Palletizing finished products

Inspecting product coming off the line

Building and assembling boxes

Cleaning production lines and work areas

Supporting production needs as assigned

Lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Comfortable with physical, fast-paced work

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Team-oriented and safety-focused

PPE required on site

Reliable transportation required

Must pass required pre-employment screenings

Preferred Qualifications:

Entry-level candidates with some manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience

Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
