Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$25/hour, including health benefits, vision, dental, 401(k), and long-term/short-term disability coverage.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You'll be:

Managing customer inquiries and providing timely updates on shipments, inventory, and logistics, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting using Excel and other tools to maintain high standards of service.

Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to address customer needs efficiently and effectively.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably within the warehousing and logistics industry.

Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with proficiency in spreadsheet tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
