Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr

What's a typical day as a Box Maker? You'll be:

Assembling and constructing boxes according to company standards and specifications

Inspecting boxes for defects and ensuring quality before use

Labeling boxes and preparing them for shipment

Collaborating with warehouse and production staff to maintain workflow efficiency

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Loading, stacking, and organizing finished boxes for shipment

Performing additional packaging or warehouse duties as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience (preferred)

Are able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail

Possess basic reading, writing, and math skills

Can regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Are team-oriented with good communication skills

Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and support production goals

Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent
