Kelly Services is hiring a CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator for a fence company near Middleborough. This is a great opportunity for someone with a CDL and hoisting experience who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, operating equipment, and supporting fence and guardrail installation projects.
Location: Middleborough, MA / On the road
Pay: $21-30/hr dep on exp (higher for the right person)
Schedule: Full-time
What you'll be doing:
Driving company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites
Operating machinery and equipment to support fence and guardrail installation
Digging holes, setting posts, moving materials, and assisting installation crews
Loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials between trucks and worksites
Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
Supporting installation of fence, guardrail, and related materials
Working in a physically demanding outdoor construction environment
Following safety procedures and maintaining a high-quality work standard
This job might be a great fit if you:
Have a CDL Class A or B license
Have or can obtain a DOT Medical Certificate
Have a Hoisting License 2A and/or 1C , preferred
Have OSHA 10 certification, preferred
Have commercial construction experience, preferred
Have fence or guardrail installation experience, preferred
Can lift 45 lbs. consistently and up to 95 lbs.
Have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Can understand directions in English
Are comfortable working in a safety-focused, physically demanding environment
Can pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
