Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Lincoln, NH

Shift: 2nd shift, 6pm-6am, Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 36 hours per week

What's the Job?

Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to identify issues.

Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.

Inspect parts for imperfections and measure to ensure compliance with specifications.

Adjust, lubricate, and clean machinery to maintain optimal performance.

Utilize welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery and equipment throughout the facility.

What's Needed?

Strong understanding of electrical systems and plumbing.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.

Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be local
