Our client, a leading organization in administrative support services, is seeking an Administrative Associate 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Associate 2, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Associate 2

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required.

2-4 years of relevant experience required.

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
