Employer: AlixPartners, LLP Position: Management Consultant (VP, Strategy and Analysis) in New York, NY. Duties: Apply industry knowledge and expertise in business strategies to improve an organizations structure, efficiency or profits by participating in organizational evaluations, gathering and analyzing data and developing solutions to business problems. Utilize strategic planning and analysis, market analysis, information technology, operations strategy and supply chain and sourcing analysis to evaluate organizational performance and design systems and procedures to improve or transform operations. Apply cutting-edge business processes and technology to build high-performance predictive models and develop insightful analytical approaches to business situations. Up to 100% of travel to undetermined domestic client locations, as needed. 100% Telecommuting permitted within the U.S Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Engineering, or Industrial Management, plus 1 year of experience in management consulting, strategy analysis, financial analysis or business analysis.Must have 1 year of experience with each of the following skills: Developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for key logistics KPIs including On Time in Full (OTIF) lead time adherence, and fill rate performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational improvements; Managing the end-to-end RFQ (Request for Quotations) and reverse auction process for selecting 3PL partner and negotiating service agreements and rates, ensuring alignment with cost, performance, and service-level goals; Developing and executing production plans across multiple contract manufacturing facilities and overseeing manufacturing operations to meet volume, quality, and schedule requirements in the consumer goods sector; and Utilizing SAP MM and MFG Pro ERP systems to perform essential supply chain operations, including purchase order creation, stock transfer execution, and oversight of inventory control, stock take, and reconciliation activities.As an alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Engineering, or Industrial Management, plus 3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy analysis, financial analysis or business analysis.Must have 3 years of experience with each of the following skills: Developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for key logistics KPIs including On Time in Full (OTIF) lead time adherence, and fill rate performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational improvements; Managing the end-to-end RFQ (Request for Quotations) and reverse auction process for selecting 3PL partner and negotiating service agreements and rates, ensuring alignment with cost, performance, and service-level goals; Developing and executing production plans across multiple contract manufacturing facilities and overseeing manufacturing operations to meet volume, quality, and schedule requirements in the consumer goods sector; and Utilizing SAP MM and MFG Pro ERP systems to perform essential supply chain operations, including purchase order creation, stock transfer execution, and oversight of inventory control, stock take, and reconciliation activities.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. 40 hours per week, $120,000 - 200,000 per year.
