UBS SECURITIES LLC is hiring a(n) Director, Global Banking (ref. Code 002617 in New York, NY. Duties: Assist in the origination and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions for domestic and foreign private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Provide support and guidance to major workstreams of capital markets and M&A transactions including diligence, the development of financial projections and analyses, and all client deliverables. Provide critical support and input in the negotiation of transactions as required. Evaluate risk by using relevant information to make sound and balanced judgements. Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to provide clients with seamless transaction execution. Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward. Can work hybrid (In-office/remote). . REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Analyst, or related occupation. .
