Role summary:
As a Senior Product Manager at Walmart, you will independently lead a complex product or product family by leveraging deep customer insights, strategic vision, and technology expertise to drive significant business impact. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address customer needs and market opportunities. This role requires advanced data analysis, mentorship of product managers, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes. Your leadership will foster innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable value realization across the product lifecycle.
About the team:
The Walmart Imports team develops innovative technology and transportation solutions to streamline inventory movement from global sources into Walmart's fulfillment network. Positioned at the intersection of product, supply chain, and logistics, the team builds scalable systems that simplify cross-border commerce, improve supply chain visibility, and support seller growth through Walmart Fulfillment Services. Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, transportation, and business partners, the team tackles complex challenges, drives innovation, and delivers measurable impact across one of the world's largest supply chains.
What you'll do:
Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
Build deep customer understanding through design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify and prioritize key problems.
Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor product managers to foster collaboration and execution excellence.
Utilize data and AI-driven insights to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and optimize product outcomes.
Influence technology adoption and innovation to enhance product capabilities and scalability.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strong strategic and technical orientation.
Proven ability to define product vision and strategy using competitive assessments and market insights.
Expertise in product lifecycle management, including roadmap development, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Strong skills in data-driven decision making, advanced analytics, and leveraging AI to enhance product outcomes.
Proficiency in project and stakeholder management, guiding cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Demonstrated capability in mentoring and developing product management talent.
Deep customer understanding through design thinking and journey mapping to solve complex problems.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
