Job Title: Full-Time and Seasonal Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking motivated Full-time and Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations through 2026. In this hands-on role, you pick, pack, stock, and receive merchandise while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency to help exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise to accurately fulfill customer orders.
Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and track inventory and orders.
Label items clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification and shipment.
Perform quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
Restock inventory and organize warehouse shelves and storage areas efficiently.
Assist with receiving incoming shipments, including unloading, verifying accuracy, and staging items.
Handle materials safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as authorized and trained).
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the warehouse.
Follow all safety procedures while lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs and performing frequent walking and stair climbing.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals.
Support shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate outbound and inbound shipments.
Essential Skills
Experience with inventory handling in a warehouse or similar environment.
Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving activities.
Material handling skills, including safely lifting up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency using RF scanners for picking, packing, and inventory tracking.
Ability to perform accurate packaging, packing, and picking tasks.
Experience operating pallet jacks; forklift experience is a strong asset.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods with frequent walking and stair climbing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and labeling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness and availability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, or receiving is highly beneficial.
Comfort using basic warehouse technology such as RF scanners and related devices.
Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly shelves and workspaces.
Reliability and punctuality to support extended shifts and high-volume periods.
Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.
Flexibility to work either A shift (7:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday-Friday) or B shift (4:00 pm-4:00 am, Monday-Friday), with occasional Saturday overtime as needed.

Work Environment
This role is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with active operations across all opening hours. You will work in a setting that involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, as well as frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. There is significant overtime available, with A shift running from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and B shift running from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am Monday through Friday, plus occasional overtime on Saturdays. The environment uses standard warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (for trained operators). The dress code allows comfortable, appropriate clothing such as shorts, and headphones are permitted when connected to devices like iPods or iPads. Phones and metal items are not allowed on the warehouse floor to maintain safety and compliance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
