Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset to every shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations through proper channels.

Support closing and opening routines, observe cash handling and high-traffic areas from a visible presence, and follow post orders related to after-hours checks and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
