Our client, an esteemed academic institution in higher education, is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Program Coordinator for their Mathematics Department to join their on-site team. As an Administrative Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the department's daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient resource management, and a secure testing environment. Job Title: Administrative Program Coordinator - Mathematics Department

Location: New York, NY

Duration :3 months

Pay Range: $28-$33hr

What's the Job?

Compose and manage professional correspondence for students and faculty, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to maintain and update departmental records and databases.

Organize and catalog textbooks and instructional materials to ensure accurate inventory management.

Oversee and proctor student placement exams, maintaining a secure and quiet testing environment.

Support departmental administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Mathematics Department.

What's Needed?

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and Google Workspace applications.

Strong written communication skills with a professional tone suitable for academic settings.

Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail, especially in data entry and inventory management.

Dependability and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in higher education administration
