Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Positions allocated at this level tend to focus on specialized, programmatic examples of work as listed below:
· Greets customers, conducts intake interviews, and assesses client needs to connect applicants with appropriate program staff and services.
· Reviews applicant information, researches prior client services across multiple automated systems, and conducts preliminary eligibility assessments.
· Assists Social Services Analysts by gathering and verifying documentation, processing case information, and supporting eligibility determinations.
· Performs complex case support activities, including updating client information, issuing and replacing Electronic Benefit Cards, scheduling appointments, and processing system transactions.
· Maintains accurate case records and provides administrative support by preparing correspondence, scanning and distributing documents, processing mail and faxes, and compiling reports.
· Maintains proficiency in program policies, procedures, and automated systems through ongoing training and professional development to ensure quality customer service.
· Supports emergency response and disaster operations by assisting with D-SNAP eligibility determinations, interviewing and registering disaster applicants, coordinating shelter support activities, and utilizing disaster response systems to deliver benefits and track evacuees.
