Join our team and be a vital part in our day-to-day operations. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage accurate and timely receipt, sorting, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence. This position is essential as the central hub for Disability Determinations Services' physical communication, ensuring time-sensitive and confidential materials are received efficiently and securely. Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Operates the letter processing machine, which includes inserting documents correctly, loading appropriate envelopes, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Process mail returned by the United Postal Service. This includes documenting the @type of mail and reason for the return in the claimant's electronic folder.
Make phone calls to vendors and claimants to update information in the claimant's electronic folder or vendor database.
Update state vendor files.
Monitor multiple printers' operations for malfunctions.
Sort documents appropriately according to their designated locations.
Operations and maintenance of the postage meter machine.
