Job Summary and Qualifications

Coordination of day-to-day clinical operations of the Emergency Department regarding patient care, resource management, staffing, supplies & equipment.

Helps maintain personnel files related to orientation, competency, disciplinary actions, attendance and coordination of staffing schedule.

Perform evaluations in conjunction with Director of ED or AVP.

Coordinates community/area Emergency Medical Services.

Follows up on cases and reports required data to ED Director or AVP.

Maintains departmental statistics and reviews records for quality performance issues.

What qualifications you will need:
