Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and production, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd Shift to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd Shift, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd Shift

Location: Nacogdoches, TX

Pay Range: $17.44

Shift: Third

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
