Job Title: Material Handler B

Responsibilities:

Safely loading/unloading poles, material, equipment, and supplies to and from trucks and trailers.

Operating forklift trucks and other material handling equipment

Preparing material, equipment, and supplies for shipment and completing necessary shipping

paperwork

Dispersing material, equipment, and supplies utilizing proper procedures

Receiving, restocking, and adjusting inventory of returned materials, equipment, and supplies

Performing minor maintenance and repair work on material-handling equipment

Keeping storeroom and storage areas in a clean, safe and orderly condition, free of fire and

physical hazards

Responsible for safety of self and co-workers

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Must satisfy the requirements of the EEI Support and Administrative Selective System (SASS)

test

Must possess valid driver's license

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 110 lbs.

Experience preferred in material warehousing and in the safe operation of forklift trucks and other

material handling equipment

Good oral and written communication skills
