QA/QC Professional- Inspector

Position Summary

Are you a seasoned QA/QC Inspector with a passion for efficiency and innovation? Join our team as a?QA/QC Inspector?at our new?modular construction manufacturing site! This is a high-impact role where you will oversee overall quality and assurance programs and standards for our MEP fabricated modulars.

Position Details

Ensure adherence to standards:?Conduct inspections and evaluations to confirm that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and related materials meet required codes, specifications, and quality standards.

Data Collection: Record inspection results, measurements, and observations.?

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including inspections and testing. Document results, including non-compliance issues, with reports and photographs.

Review:?Review submittals, drawings, design documents, and operations/maintenance manuals for quality and conformance.

Inspections:?Conduct inspections of mechanical and/or electrical systems and materials to identify defects and ensure compliance.?

Training:?Assist in training others in quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Be a key player in an?innovative modular construction environment.

Lead and develop a team that drives?efficiency and operational success.

Work with a company that values?agility, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in Electrical or Mechanical inspection, or 10+ years in manufacturing inspection.

Education:?A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience is preferred.

Technical Skills:?Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection?techniques, and quality control methodologies.?

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection data.?

Proficiency in Measurement Tools: Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement instruments.?

Quality Focus:?Ability to identify defects and a commitment to high-quality?construction standards. Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards.

Communication & Collaboration:?Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate and function well within a team.

Computer Skills: Ability to operate electronic inspection software and other computer-related tasks.?
