Overview

The Email/Mobile Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing email and mobile marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Partnering closely with cross-functional marketing, creative, and product teams, this role blends strong attention to detail with data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Execute email and mobile marketing strategies in alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Build dynamic campaigns with relevant and personalized content for maximum engagement.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

A/B test email and mobile campaigns to refine messaging, design, and targeting strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to coordinate assets and ensure campaign alignment.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to email and mobile marketing to maintain compliance and drive innovation.

Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience 1-2 years in email marketing, mobile marketing, or digital marketing roles.

Strong understanding of industry best practices, creative strategies, and customer experience principles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging email and mobile campaigns.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

High degree of proficiency Google applications
