Now Hiring Airport Security Professionals to work the areas of Miami, FL!

Our Level 1 Guardian Airport Security Officers monitor and patrol various areas of the airport such as the entrances and restricted areas. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $21.91/ hour

Location: Miami, FL

Full- Time: ALL SHIFTS

*Must have (No Exceptions):

Active driver's license

Valid Florida Security License D License

Minimum 3+ Year Security Experience / Experience working at the Airport.

Highly prefer at least ONE of the following:

U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge); or

Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate); or

Associate's Degree (60 College Credits on Official Transcripts)

Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles

Required Valid Florida Licenses: Driver's License, Security Class D

Possess a high school diploma with one of the following to be considered for this role:

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to handle pressure of working with high volume general public (constantly to occasionally)

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
