Summary The incumbent has the day-to-day responsibility, as the Lead MSA for the administrative functions in one of the Outpatient/Residential areas in the MHCL. The Lead MSA provides administrative assistance to the clerical and clinical staff at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH.
