Job Description Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of Marketing and Communications, Business Development strategies, and/or a specific marketing function in Greater New York City. Daily responsibilities include managing the local Marketing and Communications efforts, pitch and proposal strategy, creative strategy, as well as creating, designing, and developing, material as needed. This position will lead the local Marketing team and will collaborate with other local and corporate Marketing teams to execute strategic vision of special projects and pitches / presentations as requested by fee-earners and broader Service Delivery teams. The Marketing Manager is ultimately accountable for providing an exceptional level of marketing support and expertise for the region.

Responsibilities:
Business Development
Responsible for leading, providing strategic direction and executing on Business Development projects (both proposals and client presentations) in partnership with fee earnersand service line teams
Lead the strategic direction for the messaging, content, and marketing materials to be developed, following the guidelines of C&W's BD "Proposing Solutions" approach
Manage incoming requests from fee-earners or collect information and scope of services pertinent to the request
Ensure development of agreed upon expectations,timelinesand project milestones with project team at project outset, and ensure management of those expectation,timelinesand milestones throughout the process
Work with teamto write or overseeproposaland presentation contentand review withfee-earners and key responsibleaffiliates
Facilitate review of materials and address any feedback fromfee-earners and key responsible affiliates
Ensure the delivery of acleanfinal productto fee-earner or client
Share best practices withbroaderMarketing team
General Marketing
ExecuteMarketingandCommunicationsplan tosupport the overalllocalmarketing and business objectives
Use local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies andoptimizeimpact of marketing spend
Reviewand guidemarketing efforts (both communication development and delivery) for alignment and support ofmarket-specificbusinessobjectives, include Service Delivery,Operationsandfee-earners asrequired
Manage team of Marketing Specialists andGraphic Designers
Oversee,manage, and leadexecution of internaland external marketing events,including coordination with external vendors and other internal business functions
Collaborate regularly with Research function to capture market data and present content
Maintain project schedules anddelegate activities
Ensuretimelydelivery of deliverables
KeepMarketingDirector apprised of issues, progress, and status of projects
Review all material to ensure brand guidelines and standards are followed
Corporate Marketing
Applyglobal standardsand brand positioning to local MarketingandCommunication activities (Communications,Marketing, andBusinessDevelopment), managing adoption and compliance by team and local market
Coordinate withother marketingprofessionals to develop and share best practiceswithin and across markets
Develop both a strategic/proactive posture and a tactical/reactive posture in the market that helps driverevenue growth and efficiently support business activities,allocatingmarketing resources appropriately
Track and reportmonthly statistics,trends,key wins, major events, and other regional information toLeadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degreerequired
7+ years ofMarketing and Business Developmentexperience
Commercial real estateexperience preferred, experience supporting professional services companyrequired
Strong ability to problem-solve with the ability to work effectively, efficiently, independently and as a team leader in a deadline-driven, dynamic office environment
Experience servingas primary marketing leaderoverseeing a team of marketing professionalsfor an office or revenue group
Experience supportingall associated advertising, PR,eventsand business development activities in compliance with corporate guidelines
Highlevelofproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite; generalknowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Ability tointerface withand communicate with clients
Excellent written andoralcommunication skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 133,450.00 - $157,000.00
