What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll work on active construction projects helping build the infrastructure that powers the internet, cloud services, AI, and major tech companies.
Daily Tasks Include:
Pulling cable through large buildings
Installing supports, racks, and cable pathways
Organizing and routing wiring neatly and safely
Learning how fiber optic systems work
Using drills, ladders, hand tools, and basic equipment
Working with a crew to complete large projects on schedule
Following safety procedures and learning industry standards
Staying active and moving throughout the day - not stuck at a desk
No Experience? We'll Train You.
You do NOT need telecom experience to get started.
If you're reliable, motivated, and willing to learn, experienced team members will teach you:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
