Customer Service Specialist

TEKsystems is supporting a client actively hiring for customer service specialists for a hybrid role in Swedesboro, NJ. This position will interact with customers in a call center environment and process their prescription orders. Applicants with strong customer service skills and eager to work for a great company environment are encouraged to apply. Please note that you must be available to work an evening shift, 11:30am-8pm.

Description

Provide strong communication and empathy to customers

Efficiently navigate systems to provide service in a timely fashion

Ability to critically think and react to different customer situations

Ability to interact with team members across different departments

Maintain a positive and professional attitude

?Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Data entry and administration skills

Prior call center experience preferred

Additional details

Monday-Friday

Hybrid schedule- 3 days remote, 2 days onsite

6 week on-site training required

After training, main schedule is 11:30am-8pm

Contract to hire opportunity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.00/hr.
